Shipping

• Our shipping charges are calculated on a flat fee per order, not per item.
• Delivery times are indicated in business days and do not include statutory holidays and weekends.
• Delivery times indicated are for major centers. Delivery addresses outside of major centers may take longer.
• You must place a separate order for every destination you are sending to.
• Orders may be left on your doorstep if you are not home, unless you instruct us otherwise. Your other options are to have your package delivered to your place of business or to your local post office.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders in addition to delivery times given.
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to send shipping notifications for orders shipped to the USA via Airmail. If you would like to know the status of your order, please email us with your order number and we will be glad to help you.
• International shipment, please contact us at info@sleephuggers.com for shipping prices.
• Your order may be subject to duty and taxes. Sleep Huggers, Inc. is not responsible for any duty or taxes owing on such packages and can not accept responsibility for the payment of such. To find out more information on your country's customs policies please contact your nearest customs office or contact us at 1-877-462-2351. However, please note that shipments destined for the USA, shipped via Canada Post/USPS, and valued under $250 should not incur any duty charges.
• Military addresses - Delivery times are not applicable and can vary up to 40 days.
• [Local pick ups] Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. You will be notified, via email, that your package is ready for pick up. Pick up hours are business days from 8am-4:30pm.

We value your business and want to make sure you're satisfied with your order. Unless otherwise specified, all items are returnable for 30 days after receipt of order. Please note that you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please email us at info@sleephuggers.com  to obtain your returned merchandise authorization# (RMA).  We can not accept returned merchandise without RMA#. All merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with original tags attached. 

 

Please note: Items returned in less-than resalable condition will be charged between 20-40% restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to, animal hair, bodily fluids, stains, dirt or damage of any sort.

For our USA customers:

It is important that you follow these directions to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your return.

• Please return merchandise via USPS (United States Postal Service) regular Airmail service.  Do not use a courier or Express Shipping as we can not accept any duty or brokerage fees incurred on the returned item(s) and your package will be returned to you.

• Label the outside of your package clearly with the RMA# you receive from us.

• On your customs declaration form please indicate 'Canadian Goods Returning' and mark the value at $1.00.

For our Canadian Customers:

• Return shipping can be done via any courier service or Canada Post.

• Label the outside of your package clearly with the RMA# you receive from us.

We are unable to refund shipping charges unless their was an error in the shipment.
